2 cups of your favorite pineapple salsa
3 cups cooked chicken, torn or shredded pieces
Juice from one big fresh lime
Sea salt and ground pepper, or Lemon Pepper
Olive oil, as needed
8 corn tortillas
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 4-oz. can chopped green chiles
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Hot red pepper flakes, to taste
