God, I love your photos. They are so gorgeous, I want to paint them and then eat them all up. I love the lime in the middle of the bowl of soup looking down and all of your other artistic angles and lighting.
thanks so much for the inspiration!

Not only do your photos look scrumptious, but your kindness and support shines through to those who need encouragement.

I've been struggling with the chemistry of gluten free cooking and you (and some notable others) are a saving grace for those who are newly diagnosed, confused or unaccustomed to cooking.

I hope to use your recipes as a resource for those who have asked for my help and to teach them enough to cook for themselves.

It is daunting to many who have not cooked or are accustomed to dining out as a means of nourishment to face something like this.

For those who do cook, it's a disappointment to be limited but at least they know enough about food to figure it out.

I just want to say that your example is something that gives newly diagnosed people lots of hope for a tasteful and healthy diet in spite of the dietary limitations. Thank you.

Oh how lovely! You can really see all of that beautiful New Mexican dessert sunlight shining through in your photos.

Here in the Northwest we deal with low light most days. I am looking forward to spring and summer coming to be able to work with just a little more light for the food photos on my blog.

How wonderful that you put something like this together, thanks for sharing!

Thanks. I'm going gluten-free in T minus 12 days so this really came at the right time.

Thanks, yet again, Karina. I love your photography, always have.

I am now struggling with an added burden that in addition to being GFCF for the Prince, which now is second nature to us as a family, I personally have to be soy free too (for my own health) and that is putting cramp in my style. So I needed to see your lovely, delicious photos today. It helped.

I know with my knowledge of food and cooking it is easier for me than some, but it is still hard. I know you understand as you faced new restrictions yourself last year. Your recipes and optimism help so much.

Also, bless you for making your Tastebooks. I bought one and now I can put away the falling-apart notebook that I have used to collect all your recipes after printing them from my humble computer. Now I have a beautiful, organized, lovely cookbook.

Thank you so much for your kindness and support to all of us.

Love,
Katherine
