Thanks Karina for this wonderful inspiration. I'm planning my first gluten-free Christmas. Nervous! But also excited. You've given me lots to choose from. I know that I'm definitely making one of your soups and the flourless chocolate cake. Have a lovely holiday with your family. Much appreciation and gratitude, Claire

  10. I am looking for a bread recipe to make sandwiches with that's similar to a Country French, Publix (here in GA) makes an Italian Sandwich Bread that's great, and afordable, and I'd like to make something similar but so far everything is too sweet. It has to be gluten (including no quinoa, millet, amaranth or anything that has similar protein chains to wheat), dairy and soy free. I can use goat & sheep milk products (cheeses, milk, butter). Thank you anyone who has a great bread recipe! Tina (tinakalvelage@gmail.com)
