You are the best Karina. I always know I can find the answers to my substitution questions for my highly allergic child on your website.
I have recently challenged myself to go gluten-free and I'm finding so many yummy recipes here!! As all who embark on this GF lifestyle know, it is difficult to navigate the gluten-filled world for ourselves and loved ones. I just love coming to your site to create dishes that I know will please, comfort, taste delicious and be gluten free.

Looks great! I will have to modify veggies as hubby is adverse to a couple in the recipe. My thought was brussel sprouts probably halved instead of cabbage. YUMM!

Oh my! Just made my first gluten free bread: your Pueblo Bread recipe! What a treat. Fresh from the oven smudged in a drizzle of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and some 18-yr old balsamic Vinegar (per the label!). That has been what I've missed the most--a good hearty bread. The homey scent of peppery and other savory & sweet spices baking filling my kitchen--mmmmm.
I don't know how to thank you for sharing your expertise and gift of flavor and texture to me. God bless and Merry Christmas.
Thank you! These recipes give me hope to enjoy eating again & trying different foods. Being GF,DF, Egg free and grain free I had almost lost hope as eating became more time consuming and frustrating. I'm turning a new leaf this year by changing my attitude towards food. These photos are so inviting. : )
